Back Story:

This sweet, but still full-flavored red BBQ sauce was added when customers were looking for a sauce with a natural sweetener. 

 Honey was first introduced in the summer of 2013.   I tried a number of different sweeteners but settled on honey.  The honey has a hint of smoke and a touch of habanero.  The habanero balances the sweetness of the honey for the perfect mixture for a sauce.

Perfect pairing with chicken and pork.
